Job Description

Key Responsibilities (Customer Service Associate – Cars24x7)

  • Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, follow-ups, and updates.
  • Attend inbound calls from customers and answer queries about services.
  • Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to help convert them into bookings.
  • Share service updates, offers, and feedback collection calls with customers.
  • Coordinate with the workshop/operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Build positive customer relationships through polite and professional communication.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and customer updates.
