What We’re Looking For in a Candidate Someone based in Mumbai who can join immediately or at short notice. A good communicator with polite, clear, and confident speaking skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound queries. Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, or Excel. Patient, positive, and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to convince and follow up with customers effectively. Willing to work towards daily/weekly targets. Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is preferred (but not mandatory). Key Responsibilities (Customer Service Associate – Cars24x7) Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, follow-ups, and updates. Attend inbound calls from customers and answer queries about services. Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to help convert them into bookings. Share service updates, offers, and collect customer feedback. Coordinate with the workshop/operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Build positive customer relationships through polite and professional communication. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and customer updates.
