About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and well-spoken Customer Support Executives to manage client communication, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth day-to-day support. This role is ideal for freshers who are looking to start their careers in the customer service and IT domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Understand and resolve basic product-related queries.
Document and track customer interactions using CRM software.
Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely support.
Follow up on open issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
For Male Candidates:
Must be ready to travel for field visits within and outside Maharashtra.
Marathi language is compulsory.
Travel allowance will be provided.
For Female Candidates:
Purely office-based role.
No field travel required.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (any stream).
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role.
