We are looking for a Customer Support Executive (Fresher & Exp both can apply).

To be considered for this role, you should have good communication & writing skills, they’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists.
They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions or resolve complaints.

Knowledge of Excel should be good.
