Requirements:

  • Education:

    Graduate (For 12th pass candidates, minimum 1 year of customer support experience is required).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English / Regional as per process).
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome for Domestic process.
