Customer Support Executive (BPO)

You are a Customer Support Executive in our leading BPO process, where your primary responsibility is to handle customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication. Your key responsibilities include handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally, resolving customer queries within defined timelines, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, providing product/service information as per company guidelines, and ensuring a positive customer experience in every interaction. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum qualification of 12th Pass (Mandatory) along with excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Additionally, possessing good interpersonal skills, a customer-first attitude, the ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends), and basic computer knowledge is essential.
