As a Telecaller Sales Executive at the company, your role involves handling inbound and outbound sales calls, explaining products/services to potential customers, following up on leads to convert them into sales, and maintaining healthy customer relationships while addressing their queries. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound sales calls - Explain products/services to potential customers - Follow up on leads to convert them into sales - Maintain healthy customer relationships while addressing their queries Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in inside/in-house sales - Fluent in both English and Hindi - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to persuade and close deals effectively The salary for this position ranges from 20K to 40K, depending on merit and experience, along with incentives. This is a full-time position based in Lowadih, Ranchi, Jharkhand 834010. Immediate joining is preferred.
