Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products & services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Upsell or cross-sell company products/services when appropriate.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
