We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Customer Support Engineer to manage customer interactions, update technical documentation, and support internal teams via chat and scheduled office hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in DevOps practices, Python scripting, and excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to customer queries via Teams Chat and other support channels. Host regular office hours to assist internal and external stakeholders with technical issues. Maintain and update technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Use Git/GitHub to manage documentation and support scripts. Develop and maintain support tools and automation scripts using Python. Apply critical thinking to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control and documentation workflows. Hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation. Understanding of DevOps concepts and tools. Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to think critically and solve problems independently. Experience in customer-facing roles or technical support environments. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS). Experience with ticketing systems and incident management tools. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure monitoring.
