Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Engineer – IT Network, Time Attendance & CCTV

Location: Vadodara

Job Summary:

Seeking a tech-savvy Customer Support Engineer to provide installation, configuration, and support for IT Network, Time Attendance & CCTV. The role involves remote and on-site troubleshooting, client training, and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support Time & Attendance and Access Control systems.
Install and support IT networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
Configure and troubleshoot CCTV systems (IP/Analog, NVR/DVR).
Handle technical support queries via phone, email, or site visits.
Train end users and maintain service records.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
2+ years’ experience in technical support roles.
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, CCTV setups, and biometric attendance systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for on-site support.

Preferred:

Certifications: CCNA, Network+, or relevant CCTV/Attendance solutions.
Experience with tools like TeamViewer/AnyDesk.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
