Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support & Chargeback Specialist. The specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers, resolving inquiries, managing chargebacks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing customer concerns, analyzing data, and maintaining high levels of interpersonal communication with clients.
