Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support & Chargeback Specialist. The specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers, resolving inquiries, managing chargebacks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing customer concerns, analyzing data, and maintaining high levels of interpersonal communication with clients. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate with clients Technical Support expertise Strong Analytical Skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Previous experience in the fashion or e-commerce industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
