You will be responsible for answering calls from customers regarding their shipments and addressing any grievances they may have. Additionally, you will coordinate with hubs to collect information about shipment delays and assist with the online booking of shipments. We welcome freshers and under-graduates to apply for this position. Female candidates are preferred, and fluency in English is required. Knowledge of MS Office is also necessary. You should be able to work independently while also being a good team player and quick learner. Experience in handling customer complaints is preferred, and having good follow-up and interpersonal skills is essential. This is a full-time job based in Bangalore with a salary ranging from 20,000.00 to 25,000.00 per month. The benefits include health insurance, and the work schedule is in the day shift.
