Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our International Blended Process team in Jaipur. The role involves handling a mix of voice, chat, and email support for international clients during night shift hours.

This is an on-site position that demands a high level of communication, professionalism, and a proven track record in handling international processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls, emails, and chats for global customers

• Provide real-time support and resolve customer issues effectively

• Ensure timely and professional responses across all channels

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries

• Maintain high service quality and process compliance

• Document all customer interactions in CRM systems accurately

• Adhere to shift schedules and SLA targets

Required Skills & Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with night shifts and rotational offs

• Familiarity with CRM tools and standard support protocols

Additional Information:

• Work Location: Jaipur (on-site only)

• Shift Timings: Night Shift (US/International Timings)

• Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Offs)
