This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 200000 - Rs 350000 (ie INR 2-3.5 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 yearsLocation: DelhiJobType: full-timeThis role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support across multiple communication channels, including voice, email, and chat. The position requires handling customer inquiries efficiently, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction. You will act as a key point of contact for customers while working closely with internal teams to address and resolve concerns effectively.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and professional customer support through phone calls, emails, and chat platforms
Handle inbound customer queries related to products and services
Identify customer issues, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain clear and courteous communication while managing customer expectations
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when required
Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools
Follow established processes and service guidelines to maintain quality standards
Ensure adherence to response time, resolution time, and service-level agreements

What Makes You a Great Fit

2-6 years of experience in BPO customer service or voice-based support roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills for handling calls, emails, and chats
Ability to manage customer concerns calmly and professionally under pressure
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic customer service documentation
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently
Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
