we are looking for a Customer Support Associate / Telecaller to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing top-notch service to enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Provide accurate information regarding products and services Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain composure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills including MS Office and internet navigation
