Job Title: Inbound Voice Process Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Voice Process Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. This role is crucial for ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining our company's reputation for excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls from customers, providing accurate information and courteous assistance.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, identify the root cause of the problem, and provide effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Information Management: Accurately document all customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in the CRM system.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide comprehensive support to customers.
  • Adherence to Standards: Follow all company procedures and service level agreements (SLAs) to meet performance targets.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone voice.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while on a call.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Working Conditions

  • This is a voice-based role that requires sitting for extended periods.
  • The role may involve working in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • May be required to handle a high volume of calls during peak hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
