Job Description

You will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospects in order to introduce skincare products and deliver effective and persuasive communication to emphasize the value proposition. Your primary goal will be to achieve and surpass sales targets through efficient telephonic selling techniques. By employing consultative selling methods, you will be able to grasp customer requirements and recommend appropriate products. Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with customers through periodic follow-ups and personalized communication will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be addressing customer inquiries and concerns by providing accurate and timely information. It is essential to develop a comprehensive understanding of the product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Keeping precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system is crucial. Regular reporting on sales performance, activities, and challenges will also be part of your responsibilities. It would be advantageous to have prior experience in sales conversion, particularly in the beauty and lifestyle industry. Excellent communication skills with a persuasive approach, strong interpersonal abilities to establish rapport with customers, and a results-oriented mindset to meet and exceed sales targets are desirable qualities. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial for this role.,
