Job Description

As a Customer Support representative, your role will involve responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for providing accurate information about products, services, and orders while ensuring customer satisfaction. Your duties will also include resolving customer issues, complaints, or requests and following up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and collecting feedback. In your role as Vendor Support, you will serve as the main point of contact for vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and service issues. You will be required to coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of services. Additionally, you will address vendor concerns and promptly resolve any operational issues that may arise. As part of the Collaboration & Reporting aspect of the job, you will need to identify recurring issues or gaps and suggest process improvements to enhance overall customer and vendor experience. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Please note that this is a Full-time position based on in-person work location.,
