Customer Support Associate (Night Shift)

You should have 0-2 years of experience in the Credit process for Housing Loan. Freshers with fluent communication in the English language are welcome to apply. As an outsourcing service provider, we are currently hiring for servicing the requirements of our Canadian client who specializes in offering lending solutions to commercial and residential borrowers, including residential mortgages, commercial loans, project financing, and lines of credit among others. The role is based in Naranpura, Ahmedabad. The role of Administrative Executive will be a full-time, on-site position working the night shift from 7PM to 4AM. Responsibilities include handling general administrative tasks, providing executive administrative assistance, managing communications, and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Daily tasks will involve scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing social media accounts, handling customer inquiries, correspondence, and supporting the executive team with various tasks as required. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, fluency in the English language, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in general administration tasks, strong organizational and time-management abilities, the capability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts, previous experience in a similar role is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for individuals comfortable with working night shifts. The job location is in person at our office in Ahmedabad.
