Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Inbound Voice (Banking Process)

Location: Kukatpally (Hyderabad)
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer calls for banking-related queries
* Engage in active listening to understand and resolve customer issues
* Clarify information and provide accurate resolutions
* Manage difficult/angry customers with patience and professionalism
* Pitch and explain banking products as per client requirement
* Maintain shift adherence and internal process compliance
* Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Graduation (Any Stream) – Mandatory
* Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Tele-Calling / Customer Support
* Good communication skills
* Language: Telugu+English + Hindi (Fluency required)
* Must clear VETI 4 in Versant Assessment
