Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Resolve customer queries and complaints on phone, social media, email, and WhatsApp
2. Coordinate with shipping partner to resolve issues related to non-deliveries and delayed deliveries
3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment
4. Persuade abandoned carts to make a purchase
5. Followup with returned COD orders and convince them to accept orders
