Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live workshops, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions to facilitate effective user experiences.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users. Identify user queries and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Educate customers on new features, product updates, and best practices.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and ensure every interaction results in a positive experience.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve support processes and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, user guides, screencasts to help customers use our Application effectively.

Desired Skills:

  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good Understanding of web technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus).
