Customer Support Associate-ICC

As a key member of Iron Systems/Iron Service Global, a leading provider of integrated information technology solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's customer services and supporting various customer service programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the companys customer services to support various customer services programs, which include 24x7 Global customer care center, field engineers, field engineer, field spare parts (FRU) management in 70+ countries. - Monitoring the support cases regularly to ensure the cases are closed as per the set Service Level Agreement (SLA). - Coordinating with resources/third-party vendors to meet the SLAs. - Handling complete day-to-day operations of the command center. - Demonstrating the ability to complete assignments on schedule. - Ensuring all orders are completed and systems updated accordingly. - Ensuring all outbound paperwork is accurate and recorded correctly. - Maintaining metrics and customer service logs. - Undertaking other duties and special projects as assigned.
