Customer Support Associate-ICC

As a Customer Services Coordinator at Iron Systems, you will be responsible for managing the company's customer services to support various programs across 70+ countries. Your role will involve overseeing the 24x7 Global customer care center, field engineer services, and field spare parts management. You will be expected to monitor support cases regularly to ensure they are closed within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA). In addition, you will work closely with resources and third-party vendors to meet SLAs effectively. Your day-to-day operations will revolve around managing the Command Centre, ensuring all orders are completed accurately, updating systems accordingly, and maintaining customer service logs and metrics. It will be crucial for you to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset. The role demands flexibility in working hours, with shifts varying between Morning, Evening, and Night as per business requirements.
