Customer Support Associate

As a Customer Support Executive, you will have the opportunity to assist customers in both Kannada and English through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer queries regarding products, services, orders, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency. You will be expected to maintain customer records, update databases, and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department while adhering to company policies and procedures. To excel in this role, fluency in Kannada (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) is essential, along with at least basic communication skills in English. While prior experience in customer support, BPO, or a call center is advantageous, we also welcome freshers who demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in this dynamic environment.
