Customer Support Associate

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a clear and confident vocabulary, strong interpersonal abilities, and experience in cold calling. This role requires handling customer queries effectively, maintaining a professional approach, and building positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries with clarity and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex queries when needed.
• Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversions.
• Meet daily call and query resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer support, telesales, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear vocabulary and a professional tone.
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of CRM tools or call-handling software.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft excel and google docs.
