As a Customer Support Associate at Morena, your role will involve providing excellent customer service to Mediassist customers through phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for troubleshooting customer problems, identifying root causes, and escalating technical issues to the appropriate department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing customer support via phone and email, and escalating technical issues to the Product Support department. - Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying root causes, and using tools and resources effectively to resolve issues. - Meeting job standards such as quality, adherence to schedule, and average handle time. - Identifying and escalating priority issues, and reporting to management when necessary. - Following up on complicated customer calls as required. - Completing call notes and reports, updating them in the CRM system. - Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries. - Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. - Managing administration, communicating, and coordinating with internal and external departments.
