Job Title: Support Specialist – Voice / Blended Process (0–2 Years Experience) Location: Gurgaon, Noida Job Type: Full-Time, On-site Industry: BPO / ITES About the Role We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our support team in a Voice or Blended Process role. As a Client Support Specialist, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer issues, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about customer service and looking to build a career in the BPO industry. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries and support requests over voice (inbound/outbound) or blended channels. Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Adhere to internal processes and escalate complex cases as required. Meet performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and response time. Candidate Requirements 0–2 years of experience in a customer support role (Voice or Blended Process). Excellent verbal communication skills. Comfortable interacting with domestic or international customers. Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends. Educational Qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate (any stream).
