Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, returns, refunds, and general support issues.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference and reporting.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they remain satisfied.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the logistics, sales, and marketing teams to solve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements for customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
