We’re looking for enthusiastic and responsible interns to join our Customer Support Team and ensure smooth communication with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms promptly and professionally
2. Assist customers in navigating our website, resolving technical issues, and providing product information3. Uphold a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

Who Can Apply:

• Are available for a full-time (in-office) internship.
• Can start between 2nd Nov 2025 and 10th Nov 2025.
• Are available for the entire 6-month duration.
• Are based in Delhi.
• Have relevant skills and interests.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Computer and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
