Job Title: Customer Support Associate.
Location: Newtown
Employment Type : Full Time (Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Associate will act as a vital link between candidates, clients, and internal teams, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the recruitment and training process. This role involves guiding and mentoring candidates, managing documentation, facilitating communication, and preparing candidates for international interview processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, confidence, and a proactive approach to resolving challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with enrolled candidates throughout their training and placement journey.
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of all necessary documentation after training.
  • Act as a mentor to candidates by conducting mock interviews, practice sessions, and providing personalized feedback.
  • Develop and maintain structured interview question sets and model answers for mock sessions.
  • Train and guide candidates on professional presentation, confidence building, and interview etiquette for client interactions.
  • Act as a bridge between candidates, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with concerned departments to facilitate document submissions to respective colleges or universities.
  • Handle candidate queries efficiently and maintain effective communication to resolve issues promptly.
  • Uphold a zero-escalation policy through proactive support, professionalism, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline).
  • Experience: Fresh graduates may apply for this profile.
  • Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong confidence, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic technical and administrative proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
