Description We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience. Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs for customers. Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Familiarity with customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk). Basic technical knowledge related to the company's products and services. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
