Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Civil Engineering Background)

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA

Job Description:

• Handle customer queries related to civil engineering products/services via calls, emails, or chats

• Provide accurate product information and technical support to customers

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales/technical) for issue resolution

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Civil Engineering

• Good product knowledge related to civil/construction materials or services

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling

• Customer-oriented mindset
