Role Purpose:

To verify and validate the completeness of physical application forms before scanning and processing. Ensure that only correct, legible, and properly documented files move forward in the workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive physical applications and conduct basic checks (legibility, completeness, mandatory fields).
• Verify supporting documents such as ID proofs, address proofs, and signatures.
• Flag incomplete or unclear applications and escalate them for correction.
• Update the pre-screening status in system logs.
• Coordinate with scanning executives for further processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer data.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/HSC with 1–3 years of experience in data/document verification.
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify errors quickly.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, system entry).
• Strong focus on accuracy and timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
