Customer Support Agent

Job Title: Customer Support Agent – Airtel Process

Location: Sector 59, Noida
Working Days: 5 Days (Weekends Off)
CTC: ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Airtel services.
• Resolve customer queries regarding plans, billing, recharge, and network issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Provide quick and effective resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer support or BPO experience will be an advantage (freshers can also apply).
