Job Summary:

International Customer Support Advisor

Key and Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and ensure effective and timely resolution.
  • Use language skills (if applicable) to support customers in their native language.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Requirement:

: Bangalore

-Graduates/ undergraduates are also welcome.

: 5 days of Working/ 2days of Rotational week off.

2 TO 5 LPA

-Cab facilities are provided.

-Candidates who are in Bangalore are only preferred!!!!
