Job Summary:

International Customer Support Advisor

Key and Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and ensure effective and timely resolution.
Use language skills (if applicable) to support customers in their native language.
Build positive relationships with customers to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Requirement:

: Bangalore

-Graduates/ undergraduates are also welcome.

: 5 days of Working/ 2days of Rotational week off.

2 TO 5 LPA

-Cab facilities are provided.

-Candidates who are in Bangalore are only preferred!!!!

-Immediate Joiners Only!!!

-Candidates should have good knowledge in English Communication and grammatical skills.
