Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Representative at Capgemini, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in responding to customer inquiries via various channels, troubleshooting and resolving product or service issues, maintaining detailed records, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance products and services. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and courteous manner. - Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. - Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience. - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends. - Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (Mandatory). - Freshers only. - Open to Work from Office. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools and call center software. - Ability to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones. - Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Knowledge of International culture and customer behavior. - Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.
