Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at GreyLabs AI, your primary responsibility will be to build strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor who understands their goals and helps them realize measurable ROI. Leading seamless onboarding journeys and ensuring quick time-to-value and adoption of mission-critical features within our speech analytics platform will be crucial aspects of your role. Identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and uncovering new use cases aligned with their evolving strategy will be key to driving growth. You will design and execute proactive customer success strategies that help clients meet their business KPIs and turn our platform into a growth lever. Monitoring account health, preempting churn risks, and acting fast with insights-driven playbooks to keep clients engaged and satisfied will be essential for ensuring insight-backed retention. Collaborating with clients to refine speech analytics use cases that solve real business problems, from collections optimization to compliance automation, will be a core part of your responsibilities. You will also channel client feedback and field insights to the product team, shaping roadmap decisions and enhancing feature relevance. Leading quarterly success reviews and check-ins, showcasing impact, aligning on goals, and unlocking new collaboration opportunities will be critical in driving customer success. Partnering with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless handovers, unified goals, and strong account momentum will require strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You will also play a key role in helping build scalable success frameworks, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing processes to level up the customer experience across the board. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders. Being a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities will be beneficial. As a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, you will be able to navigate challenges effectively. Experience in AI/ML, Prompt Engineering, or working with BFSI clients would be a bonus.
