What You’ll Own Act as the primary point of contact for key B2B clients, managing high-value travel bookings end-to-end. Deliver a seamless customer experience, handling complex itineraries, escalations, and personalized requests. Oversee offline bookings and premium concierge services like visa support, seat/meal selection, and itinerary changes. Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently met while capturing customer feedback for internal improvements. Support knowledge-sharing within the team and guide junior associates with best practices. What You’ll Bring 5–6 years of experience in B2B travel operations or corporate travel support Strong understanding of flight, hotel, and end-to-end travel booking systems Excellent verbal and written communication; client-facing experience is a must Experience managing high-pressure situations with business clients. Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating cross-functionally Comfortable working across shifts and rotational schedules when needed Prior experience using CRM tools, GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre), and back-end travel dashboards Show more Show less
