What You’ll Do

• Be the Strategic Advisor

  : Guide customers through their compliance journey, aligning Sprinto’s solutions with their business goals.

• Build Executive Relationships

  : Partner with key stakeholders to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.

• Drive Product Value

  : Map customer needs to product capabilities, ensuring they realise value from Day 1.

• Solve and Scale

  : Troubleshoot challenges, recommend solutions, and share feedback to improve product and process.

• Own Outcomes

  : Lead renewals, uncover growth opportunities, and turn satisfied customers into brand advocates.

You’re an Ideal Fit If You

• Bring

  3–5 years of experience

  in B2B SaaS, particularly in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles.
• Communicate with clarity and confidence—especially with senior stakeholders.
• Understand cloud technologies (S3, VPC, DB encryption) and how they map to compliance.
• Thrive on building lasting relationships and delivering measurable impact.
• Are organised, outcome-driven, and comfortable working across global time zones.
