Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager (International) based in Ahmedabad. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering long-term customer relationships, and driving customer retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers to address their concerns, analyzing customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities to improve client experience. The individual will play a critical role in supporting AI CERTs®' mission by ensuring customers achieve their professional goals through AI and Blockchain certifications.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to effectively support and address client needs.
• Proficiency in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to foster and maintain strong client connections.
• Solid Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer experience and find actionable insights.
• Ability to work in a global, remote environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the AI and blockchain certification ecosystem is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
