Customer Success Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with our products/services.
  • Onboard new customers and provide training and support.
  • Act as the customer’s advocate, resolving issues and recommending solutions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.


Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools (e.g., CRM software).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
