About the Role :

In this role, you will be part of a highly skilled team with niche domain expertise, being at the forefront to improve the accuracy & performance of SOTA models.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Review, annotate, and evaluate customer feedback, interaction data, and AI-generated outputs to enhance accuracy and user experience.
• Collaborate with AI trainers and domain experts to refine data quality and ensure model alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor customer engagement and adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Translate client insights into actionable feedback for technical and operations teams.
• Support internal quality control processes to ensure high data integrity and annotation consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations (preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology domains).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into business value.
• Bonus: Experience working with AI/ML or data-driven products.
