Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Soul AI, responsible for managing freelancers and ensuring their success with our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success management and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance freelancer engagement and retention.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including freelancers, clients, and internal teams.
Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates to ensure freelancers are meeting their goals.
Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer success initiatives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in customer success management or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with freelancers or similar remote workers is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software and other customer success tools.
