About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Build a sales pipeline 2. Conduct market research to identify which prospects to target 3. Initiate contact with prospects and set up meetings 4. Follow up with founders and convert interest into sales 5. Share proposals and help close deals 6. Onboard new customers once deals are closed 7. Ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery 8. Maintain ongoing communication and support for existing clients 9. Build relationships, drive repeat purchases, and increase customer lifetime value 10. Continuously improve processes to make post-sales smoother and more scalable 11.
