About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships by being the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction 2. Provide top-notch customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Utilize your CRM skills to maintain accurate customer records and track customer interactions 4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products 5. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess their overall satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers 7.
