Job Description

About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Facilitate the successful onboarding of new customers 2. Assess customer requirements, solve problems, anticipate future needs, and serve as the customers' voice within NeoDove 3. Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the customer and employees to work on 4. Increase customers' lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn 5. Achieve annual renewal and upselling revenue targets 6. Create and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with customers and build their loyalty towards NeoDove by continuously displaying the value proposition and benefits of NeoDove 7. Get customer feedback and represent their voice within relevant decision junctions to improve products 8. Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for other department members 9. Implement and execute systems and guide customer's team to train and improve the onboarding process 10. Work diligently towards improving all aspects of the customer experience with NeoDove 11. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints 12. Ensure that any problem or concern is resolved in minimum time possible 13. Analyze and communicate with customers about overall performance and execution of action plans 14. Use analytical skills to provide expert advice and data-driven recommendations to generate growth opportunities for clients 15. Present analysis and recommendations to clients and provide diligent support to answer any questions regarding NeoDove Skills: 1. Hold a B.Tech (CS, IT, EC), BCA degree, or equivalent work experience in the software industry 2. Possess strong customer delivery experience managing projects related to business software such as ERP, CRM, SaaS applications 3. Demonstrate excellent product and process knowledge 4. Show strong interest in new technologies, data, apps, and/or have a great understanding of the mobile app industry 5. Have hands-on working knowledge of implementation experience with business applications 6. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills 7.
