About the job: Bombay Hemp Company (BOHECO) is at the forefront of revolutionizing the health and wellness industry with premium CBD-infused products, rooted in the principles of Ayurveda and modern science. Our Delhi Clinic & Store, located at G-47, Ground Floor, Green Park, Main Market, New Delhi, is dedicated to offering holistic well-being solutions and is a hub for personalized healthcare and innovative wellness products. We are excited to soon launch our new clinic in Gurgaon, expanding our reach and impact. We're seeking a driven and passionate individual with the zeal to outperform targets and the vision to transform ideas into impactful realities. As one of the first key contributors to India's pioneering cannabis wellness brand, you'll play a vital role in shaping the industry, acting as the voice of BOHECO to our customers, resolving queries, educating users, nurturing leads, and building a trusted ecosystem for plant-based healing from the ground up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in developing and executing customer care strategies for BOHECO's B2C platforms, working closely with Sales and Marketing to align with brand goals. 2. Proactively handle customer queries across multiple channels such as email, calls, WhatsApp, social media, and chatbots, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. 3. Manage and update CRM tools with accurate customer data, track customer journeys, and ensure consistent follow-up and engagement. 4. Support conversion efforts by addressing abandoned carts, upselling, and coordinating with relevant teams for smooth order and prescription processing. 5. Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys and calls to provide actionable insights for improving products and services. 6. Assist with backend order tracking, troubleshoot basic issues, and collaborate with accounts and operations teams to resolve customer concerns. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 2. Fast learner with a genuine interest in alternative medicine, Ayurveda, and wellness. 3. Strong problem-solving skills with a practical and solution-driven mindset. 4. Empathetic communicator with a customer-first approach and intuitive understanding of client needs. 5. Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 6. Comfortable using CRM platforms like Zoho or HubSpot (training will be provided); familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Shopify is a plus. 7. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage. 8. Sharp attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward resolving challenges. 9. Creative thinker with an interest in design thinking and innovative approaches to customer experience.
