Job Summary-

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers based in the Mumbai region.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and prompt manner.

Upselling and Cross-Selling

• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Proactively educate customers about new features, solutions, and services.
• Work closely with Customer and Devnagri sales and product teams to craft tailored solutions for customer as per therequirement

Customer Engagement & Retention

• Monitor usage patterns and health metrics to improve adoption and reduce churn.
• Organize periodic business review meetings with key accounts.
• Gather feedback to understand customer needs and relay insights to internal teams.

Desired Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 0-1+ years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SaaS products or language/AI-based technology solutions preferred.

NOTE: This role is based out of Mumbai and may require occasional travel to customer sites within the region.
